The dark red liquid running down my body
Seeping into the floor
Dark red stains are made that will eventually tell our past
I stumble and collapse on the ground as you look on with a face of sincere remorse

You thought you had to do this
But now your second thoughts are too late
I close my eyes and feel your tears fall upon my face
I take one last look at you
